We will continue to empower Rozetka’s customers by supplying high‑quality, affordably‑priced goods via trusted Chinese partners. Supported by China‑direct logistics solutions and a dependable cross‑border supply‑chain system, we will sustain stable and efficient service delivery. Beyond conveying our support and condolences, we are taking concrete actions to strengthen supply‑chain resilience. To mitigate sellers’ operational risks and guarantee business continuity, we are actively promoting the cross‑border direct‑shipping model originating from China. Meanwhile, we have rented 2‑3 small local fulfilment warehouses in western Ukraine near the Polish border to further expand regional fulfilment capacity.

In parallel, the Meest Group will accelerate the construction of its overseas warehouse in Poland close to the Ukrainian border. Partners across the logistics industry are increasingly adopting a decentralised fulfilment model. By distributing inventory and operations across multiple smaller processing hubs, supply‑chain flexibility and resilience are enhanced to better respond to unforeseen disruptions.
