Rozetka and Meest China Sign Memorandum of Understanding to Develop Cross-Border E-Commerce Between China and Ukraine

Ukraine’s largest online retailer Rozetka and International postal and logistics company Meest China have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to develop cross-border e-commerce between China and Ukraine and expand access to Chinese products for Ukrainian consumers.
The cooperation establishes a strategic framework for integrating Chinese manufacturers and merchants into the ROZETKA marketplace through direct technical integration with major Chinese e-commerce ecosystems. As part of the agreement, Meest China will serve as the exclusive partner responsible for onboarding Chinese merchants and suppliers to the ROZETKA platform.
Through this partnership, ROZETKA will significantly expand its assortment by introducing over 1.2 million products from Chinese suppliers during the first stage of the project. The product categories will include household goods, electronics, tools, lifestyle products, and other high-demand consumer items.
A key highlight of the cooperation will be the introduction of approximately 400,000 products from the Jingzao brand, known for combining high manufacturing standards with affordable pricing. These products will gradually become available to European consumers through the ROZETKA platform.
Under the partnership framework, ROZETKA will manage product listings and sales on its marketplace, while Meest China will provide end-to-end logistics solutions, including cross-border transportation from China and supply chain coordination.
Founded more than 20 years ago, ROZETKA operates more than 540 stores across 165 cities in Ukraine and employs over 5,000 people. As of 2026, the platform ranks among the most visited websites in the country.
Meest China has been operating since 2014 and specializes in cross-border logistics and e-commerce solutions connecting Chinese merchants with global markets. The company maintains warehouses and offices in multiple Asian and European countries and supports international delivery services for businesses and consumers.
The signed MOU outlines a three-year framework for cooperation with potential extension, aiming to create a scalable cross-border commerce infrastructure that enables Chinese manufacturers to expand into European markets while providing Ukrainian consumers with a wider selection of competitively priced products.
Commenting on the agreement, representatives of Meest China noted that the partnership creates a new gateway for Chinese brands and manufacturers to enter the Ukrainian and broader European market through a trusted marketplace and integrated logistics network.
