CISOLAR KYIV (Ukraine International Solar PV and Energy Storage Exhibition) will be grandly held at the Kyiv ACCO International Exhibition Center from April 14 to 15, 2026.
As a highly influential professional event in the renewable energy sector of Central and Eastern Europe, this exhibition is hosted by the International Business Centre (IBCentre) and backed by strategic support from official institutions including the Ministry of Energy of Ukraine and the Ukraine Recovery and Modernization Mechanism (URMM).
Against the backdrop of the urgent need for the reconstruction of Ukraine’s energy infrastructure and energy security guarantees, solar PV and energy storage technologies have become a pivotal force driving energy transition and regional reconstruction. Positioned as the Core Platform for Energy Reconstruction in Central and Eastern Europe, this exhibition is committed to building an efficient cooperation network among governments, enterprises, financial institutions and technology suppliers to jointly explore sustainable development paths.
The exhibition will attract over 100 exhibitors from more than 30 countries, with the number of professional visitors expected to exceed 5,000 – a twofold increase compared to 2025.
CISOLAR KYIV is a key industry event for the solar and renewable energy sector in Ukraine and the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS). Since its inception, the exhibition has been deeply focused on the actual industrial demands.

Core Exhibition Scope
- Solar photovoltaic (PV) systems
- Energy storage systems
- Power generation and distribution technologies
- Smart energy and energy management solutions
Unlike large-scale comprehensive energy exhibitions in Europe, CISOLAR KYIV boasts unique value with its precise localized market orientation.
The primary visitors include energy enterprises, project developers, power companies and engineering firms from Ukraine and neighboring CIS countries.
In line with CISOLAR KYIV 2026’s positioning as the Core Platform for Energy Reconstruction in Central and Eastern Europe and the market demands of Ukraine and its surrounding regions, the following types of Chinese enterprises are well-suited to participate in this exhibition:
- Manufacturers of mature PV products such as PV modules, inverters and mounting structures
- Providers of energy storage systems, batteries and EMS (Energy Management System) solutions
- Enterprises engaged in power equipment, power distribution and energy management
Market Background in Ukraine
- 60% of Ukraine’s power generation facilities have been damaged, creating an urgent demand for the construction and restoration of PV power plants, with a growing trend of localized module procurement.
- Ukraine’s power grid is unstable with long daily power outage hours, making “PV + energy storage” a rigid demand and unlocking enormous explosive potential in the residential energy storage market.
- Ukraine’s diverse terrain has led to an increase in agrivoltaic and mountain PV power plant projects, bringing significant opportunities for localized production cooperation of mounting structures.

Value of Participation
- Market Insight: Grasp the latest dynamics of the energy market in Ukraine and Eastern Europe.
- Business Opportunities: Connect with potential customers and partners.
- Technical Exchange: Learn about the cutting-edge solar and energy storage technologies.
Recommended Strategy for Ukraine Participation
In light of Ukraine’s current situation, we propose the strategy of Reliable First-Leg Transportation + In-Depth Local Cooperation, which can be broken down into the following steps:
- Pre-Exhibition Compliance & Packaging: Complete all necessary certifications and adopt professional damage-proof packaging for exhibits.
- First-Leg Transportation: Prioritize the China-Europe Railway Express for shipping.
- Local Customs Clearance & Logistics: Cooperate with local service providers such as Meest. (Meest’s Ukraine Special Line supports the transportation of large exhibits!)
- Post-Exhibition Logistics Planning: Prepare plans for exhibit re-shipment, transshipment or local warehousing in advance.

Despite policy incentives for exhibition logistics in Ukraine, risks still exist. We recommend the following contingency plans:
📦 Transport Delay Contingency: Logistics resources are tight during peak exhibition periods – initiate the transportation process at least 8-10 weeks in advance. Be sure to purchase transportation insurance for sea or railway shipping.
🔉 Political & Security Preparedness: Clarify the emergency contact mechanism with your logistics service provider and obtain information on their alternative transportation routes and emergency warehouse locations.
💡 Exhibit Disposal Preparation: Decide on the final disposition of exhibits (re-shipment, transshipment to a third country, local sale or donation) in advance, and ask the service provider to quote and make arrangements early.
CISOLAR KYIV 2026 is more than just a window for product display – it is a strategic springboard for Chinese enterprises to participate in the reconstruction of the Central and Eastern European energy system and upgrade their global layout. By seizing the opportunities brought by the duty-free window and reconstruction funds, and engaging with customers on-site at the exhibition, you can more effectively explore this strategic market.
