Job responsibilities and requirements:
1. Develop the monthly/quarterly marketing plans and salesman performance goals;
2. Regularly analyze the completion of goals and plans, and adjust sale strategies timely;
3. Propose or modify logistics product pricing to the business director based on the logistics market and the situation of the same trade or occupation;
4. Lead the team to increase customer acquisition resources and channels;
5. Having over 3 years of experience in managing cross-border e-commerce logistics sales teams and strong communication skills;
6. Experience in cross-border logistics, international postal package business, international freight forwarding sales etc.
